This Booking Policy explains how bookings are made, confirmed, paid for, rescheduled or cancelled when you use our taxi, hotel and VIP Darshan services. By booking with Shri Vrindavan Ji Tour, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

Payment Policy
- A minimum advance of 20-30% is required to confirm any booking.
- Balance payment is due before or at the start of the service.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer and cash.
- An official confirmation is shared only after advance payment is received.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling Policy
- One free reschedule is allowed if requested 24+ hours before the service date.
- Rescheduling is subject to vehicle/hotel/Darshan slot availability.
- Repeated rescheduling beyond once may attract a nominal fee.
- Requests can be made via WhatsApp, call or the booking form.
If Plans Change
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance a cancellation is made before the scheduled service date.

Important Booking Notes
Taxi Service
Pickup time and location must be confirmed at least 2 hours in advance. Waiting charges apply beyond 30 minutes of grace time.
Hotel Booking
Check-in/check-out timings follow the partner hotel’s policy. ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
VIP Darshan
VIP Darshan slots depend on temple authority schedules and may be rescheduled due to special occasions or closures.

Bookings are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Valid ID proof may be required for hotel check-in and certain Darshan arrangements.
Weather, temple closures or government restrictions may require itinerary changes.

A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and a confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp or call.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service date are eligible for a partial to full refund, as per the slab listed above.
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
