Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, a partial advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the यात्रा (tour). Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other accepted methods. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Pricing & Charges

All prices are subject to change based on season, availability, fuel costs, and government rules. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional services requested by the customer may include extra charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your booking, refund eligibility will depend on the timing of cancellation:

  • 7 days before travel – 20% deduction
  • 3 to 7 days before travel – 50% deduction
  • Less than 3 days before travel – No refund

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Special Situations

In cases such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergency situations, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We always try to provide the best possible solution to our customers.
